Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and respectful General Laborer to join our small, hard-working team in Carlinville, Illinois. This full-time position involves a variety of tasks to support our daily operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and general site upkeep. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of lifting, able to pass a federal background check, and comfortable working collaboratively within a small crew.
Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning tasks, including washing pots and pans.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas by washing and mopping floors.
Assist with cleaning duties.
Lift and move materials and equipment as needed.
Work effectively and respectfully as part of a small team.
Follow instructions and safety procedures.
Other general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
